Caroline received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University in 2000. Caroline continued her education at Boulder College of Massage Therapy and completed their 1000 hour certification program in 2001.

Caroline has practiced massage therapy for over  20+ years. In 2009, Caroline cofounded and opened Refresh-ology Aesthetics and Massage Therapy. Caroline has worked in both spa and medical clinical settings. While working in the spa industry, 2001-2007; Caroline served as Lead Massage Therapist for the Ritz Carlton in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Her duties included supervising the massage therapy team, providing 5 star service/ massage to all guest and clients of the spa, and creating/ implementing treatment training programs. In 2007, Caroline moved back to her beloved East Carolina, Greenville, NC to pursue her dream of opening her own private massage practice. From 2007- 2009, Caroline operated and owned a private massage therapy practice in Greenville , NC. In 2009, sheco-founded and opened Refresh-ology Aesthetics and Massage Therapy.

Her past and present massage experience has allowed her the opportunity to work on a diverse population of clients seeking massage for both relaxation and specific medical conditions. Her other massage experience has included working on: athletes with sports related injuries, along side physical therapists and doctors for specific medical conditions, in hospitals, and for local sporting events. Caroline is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Holistic Healthcare Practitioners of Eastern Carolina.

Travis Reed

Travis has been in the healthcare industry for 29+ years and was a massage therapy instructor for 8 years at Miller Motte Technical college.

Travis received his formal massage training in Raleigh, NC at Medical Arts Massage School. He also received his medical massage practitioner certification thru LMT Success Group.

Travis has been a NC Licensed Massage Therapist since September 2005. He specializes in therapeutic massage such as deep tissue, myofasical release, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic facilitation. Travis also offers thai and sport massage.

Travis has worked with athletes of all levels as well as individuals recovering from injuries with chronic pain.

Paige Thomas Parks

Paige completed the 950 hour massage program at Miller-Motte College (Greenville, NC) in 2012.  From there she gained much of her experience working for an integrated medical facility alongside Chiropractors & nurse practitioners doing treatment based massage.

She loves customizing treatments, pulling from her knowledge of traditional Thai Yoga massage, Ashiatsu Barefoot massage, therapeutic & relaxation techniques.

Since 2022, she has been developing Floating Hammock Massage with Anna Dixon, creator.  This technique is a modality new to the massage field. Her creative approach to massage therapy gives her a fresh perspective in unwinding stress and tension patterns for clients.

Her massage modalities include; Swedish, Deep tissue, trigger point, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Pre- Natal, Floating Hammock, Sarga Silks, Hot Stone, and Thai Yoga massage.

Nicole Cox

Nicole has over 8  years experience working as a Massage Therapist, and received her certification in 2015 from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, CA. 

Throughout the years she has perfected her craft working with amateur and professional athletes from body builders to trained fighters. She has also worked with professional dancers and swimmers. 

Nicole specializes in many therapeutic massage modalities such as: trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation stretching, Swedish and prenatal. 

Nicole's passion for her work is driven from her love of helping others ease chronic pain and she always creates an environment for the client to be able to fully relax and enjoy each massage experience.

Meagan has been a licensed Esthetician for 4 years and started doing Makeup professionally for weddings and fashion shows 10 years ago.

Her love of skincare and the beauty industry grew as she discovered helping people feel more confident and better about their skin. Primarily focused in makeup, Meagan's passion grew and quickly evolved into a passion for skincare through enhancing one’s natural beauty and utilizing skincare products that continue to treat and improve the skin to achieve lasting results. 

Meagan specializes in all areas of skincare treatments and also provides a variety of waxing services. Her treatments include: Signature Facials, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Brow Waxing, Brow Tinting, Body Waxing, as well as Bikini + Brazilian services.

Originally from Greenville, NC--Jessica has lived and traveled far and wide to gain experience and education in the hospitality industry. Having received a BSBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Appalachian State University she realized she flourishes in working with people and creating one of a kind experiences for all clients and guests. 

Her first experience working in the spa and wellness industry was working at Westglow Resort and Spa, one of Travel + Leisure’s rated top destination spas in the US. Working at Westglow’s Life Enrichment Center she was introduced to the Spa industry understanding how wellness, relaxation, and overall health go hand in hand.

Her hospitality career led her to working as the Marketing Coordinator for The Lost Colony in Manteo, NC as well as moving abroad to further enrich her experience and education in hotels. Jessica has spent time in Nicaragua, Spain, and Morocco experiencing their cultures and and gaining experience with guests from all walks of life
