Swedish Massage
For those wanting to be taken away from the stresses of everyday life Swedish massage is the perfect solution. This massage technique uses light to moderate pressure with long relaxing broad strokes to promote relaxation and circulation.
Deep Tissue Massage
An excellent option for those wanting deeper pressure and who have specific areas of chronic pain and muscle tension. Deep tissue aims to promote recovery of injured and strained muscles.
Sports Massage
An upbeat massage designed to flush toxins from tired, sore overworked muscles. Assisted stretching is performed to increase flexibility and to manipulate muscle tissue to its relaxation state. This is ideal for those who are frequent massage recipients who engage in vigorous exercise activities. Moderate to deep pressure is applied.
Specialized Massage Treatments
Hot Stone Massage
Traditional massage techniques are combined with hot stones to ease tired and achy muscles. Light to moderate pressure is applied. Hot stone massage leaves you feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage
“The deepest most luxurious massage on the planet.” Ashiatsu massage is a form of bodywork in which very deep, intense massage strokes are applied to the back of the body thru the use of the therapist’s foot pressure. Not recommended for clients first massage or those wanting light to moderate pressure. Ashiatsu can not be performed on those with the following medical conditions: advanced osteoporosis, pregnancy, and severe varicose veins.

Thai Massage
Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage. In your massage treatment your therapist will use their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Thai massage combines muscle compression, joint mobilization, and range of motion stretching.
Thai massage is performed fully clothed on a padded futon mat on the floor. No oil is applied. Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.

Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is an ancient traditional Hawaiian Massage. The most important aspect of Lomi Lomi massage is the intention to balance heart, mind, and body. Unique to each therapist, massage techniques are gentle and rhythmic, using the forearms in long, broad, connected strokes. Unlike most massages, Lomi Lomi is given directly on the vinyl massage table. (This allows the therapist to apply long and fluid massage strokes which can be connected around and under the body.) Because of the flowing nature of this massage minimal yet modest towel drapping is used.
